CONCRETE is a composite construction material made of aggregate, cement, and water. Concrete is used alot for making architectural structures, foundations, bridges, motorways, roads, parking structures. Structures made of concrete can have a long service life. As concrete has a high thermal mass and very low permeability.
BRICKS are blocks or single units of ceramic used for masonry construction. Bricks are stacked together using mortar to keep them together and make a permanent structure.
WOOD is a hard, fibrous material found in many trees. It has been used for hundreds of thousands of years as a construction material. In buildings made of other materials, wood will still be found as a supporting material, especially in roof construction, in interior doors and their frames, and as exterior cladding.
